Giftworks functions as a strategic business unit (SBU) under Rainco. Originally launched to handle the branding process for custom logo-printed umbrellas, the unit was rebranded as Giftworks in 2015.  Today it functions as a personalized gifts company that uses laser engraving, screen printing, and sublimation printing to customize gifts and promotional items made of steel or plastic. This includes products such as pens, USB drives, key tags, umbrellas, aprons, mugs, bags, t-shirts, and flags.
